YOUTH GROUP

The Youth of El Milagro/The Miracle Lutheran Church are not the future of the church. They are the church! The purpose of all youth programming at El Milagro/The Miracle Lutheran Church is to reach young people with the love of Christ. We do this through a variety of means: serving others, studying the word, partaking in the sacraments (baptism, communion), hanging out together, attending Sunday service, listening to personal testimonies, going on mission trips and doing fun things together.

Being a believer in Christ is not a pre-requisite to participate in the youth group or any youth programming at the church. Our youth group is a place to explore and develop your Christian faith so that it becomes your own personal living faith. 

The bible passage which guides our youth group is: “But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.” 1st Peter 3:15-16
